The architecture of what remains.

An ossuary was a place where bones were kept, a catalogue of what had lived. The Victorians built whole gardens to the same idea, an architecture composed entirely of what time had already claimed. White blooms and bare branches reach outward from a pale trough. Nothing pretends to be alive. Everything is.
